Sian O’Callaghan was a beautiful and vivacious woman living in Swindon, England with her boyfriend Kevin. When Sian failed to come home one evening after a night out on the town with friends, Kevin reported her missing to the Wiltshire Police. An investigation immediately ensued to find the missing woman. It didn’t take long for investigators to find a suspect with the help of CCTV footage around the Swindon area. Under the impression Sian was still alive, this suspect was put under police surveillance with hopes of leading police to where Sian was. With time running out, the suspect was arrested and interviewed for information, instead of being taken to the police station. This suspect led detectives to the area where he had left Sian…and provided a bombshell statement which led to the discovery of another victim. These confessions were ultimately ruled as inadmissible when it came time to go to trial. This tragic case reminds us all to keep an eye on our friends and sometimes what’s moral, isn’t always lawful.

For centuries clowns have been seen as cheerful and funny often with exaggerated appearances and behaviors. But that feeling would change dramatically for the community living in Palm Beach County, Florida in 1990. Marlene Warren spent the morning of Memorial Day weekend at home with her then 21-year-old son and a couple of his friends. She was making breakfast and enjoying the quiet morning when suddenly her doorbell rang. When she answered the door, she saw a clown with an orange wig, white face paint, a red nose, holding balloons and a bouquet of carnations. Marlene loved clowns so surprised but delighted by the visit, Marlene nor anyone in the Aero Community expected what would come next. This unknown person dressed as a clown was there with a sinister plan to execute. But everyone loved Marlene, she was kind, compassionate and cared about those in her community. As a beloved landlord, friend, mother and wife, who could have wanted her gone?

Claypool Hill, VA is a small town surrounded by stunning scenery in Southwest VA. The town is close knit and friendly, with every member of the community treating each other like family, even to those just passing through. The people felt safe in their small town. That feeling immediately went away on March 30, 2009 when the bodies of two esteemed members of the community were found horrifically murdered. Harvey and Valerie Looney were known for being the most heart-warming, welcoming couple in this small town - Harvey always with a smile and Valerie with her contagious laugh. This couple was found in their place of employment, deceased, as another employee was opening the restaurant for the day. The brutal scene shocked everyone, even the police who knew the couple well. It wouldn’t be for almost 4 years until an answer to this horrible crime would be received. What evil would take the lives of two friendly, wholesome people in this small community?

Imagine taking a trip to the glacial wilderness along the Knik River in Alaska. Taking in the beautiful scenery, the crisp cold air and possibly seeing the northern lights. Everything surrounding you filling you with tranquility. Whether you’re there to hunt or to hike, it is impossible to miss its beauty. But while taking that in and setting up camp for the night you stumble upon an odd boot on the ground and when you go to investigate, you quickly realize that the boot is attached to a body. Your calm and serene experience turned into a nightmare. That is what happened for two off duty officers back in the 1980’s. But the body they found wouldn’t be the only body that would be located in the following years. The 1970s and 1980s in Alaska some refer to as a period of time similar to the Wild Wild West. While some had lived in Alaska for generations, others found there way there while running from their pasts. It was a place people could start fresh and no one would ever really question it. But what happens, when the new family in town brings along an evil that would unleash terror on the community. Once considered a church going family man, bakery owner Robert Hansen would eventually be known as the Butcher Baker. This story is a reminder that evil is everywhere. And it may even lurk behind the counter at your favorite local bakery.

What would you do if you were on an airplane, and you found out one of the passengers had a bomb? This question probably goes through the minds of flight crews on every airline around the world. This nightmare became a reality for Northwest Airlines Flight 305 in Portland, OR on November 24, 1971. After handing a note to a flight attendant, the hijacker demanded money, parachutes and a flight to Mexico. After the plane refueled and took off, the hijacker jumped out of the plane somewhere between Seattle WA and Reno, NV…NEVER to be seen again. This infamous hijacker became known as DB Cooper. Nearly 54 years after the incident, there are still no answers to his whereabouts, his identity, or if he even survived the jump. The exact moment he jumped could not be pinpointed as no one saw. Numerous ground searches were conducted through various areas of potential landing but nothing was found. No money, no parachute and no body. Hundreds of suspects came around but none panned out, something definitive would usually rule them out. Join us as we take a dive into the mystery of DB Cooper. Who do you think he was??

In 2009, it is estimated that over 700,000 people were reported missing in the United States alone. The fear, the unknowing, the mental anguish that comes with having a family member, friend or other loved one go missing is unimaginable. This is something we all hope to never experience. But unfortunately for the Murillo-Moncada family, on November 28, 2009, their 25-year-old son, Larry Ely Murillo-Moncada would go missing. While struggling with his mental health and experiencing debilitating symptoms such as paranoia, hallucinations and delusions, Larry ran out of the family home. That day a blizzard had taken over Council Bluffs, Iowa where the family lived. When Larry ran out of their home, he had nothing but a hoodie and a pair of pants on. He had no jacket, no socks and no shoes. For YEARS, Larry’s family tirelessly searched for him. But where did he go? It wouldn’t be until 10 years later that this family would finally get some answers.

After meeting her air force major husband, Andreen McDonald came to the United States from her home country of Jamaica to build her life. As a successful and motivated business woman, Andreen built a multi million dollar enterprise to support her, her family, including her beautiful daughter. After allegations of an affair and business disputes, her marriage began to crumble. Then one day Andreen went missing unexpectedly. With very little evidence police investigate further into her husband, who had lawyered up. Suspicious evidence was discovered but not enough to charge her husband with murder. 1hr 1 min
Trinidad and Tobago are two islands located in the Caribbean. These islands draw in hundreds of thousands of tourists each season for the stunning beaches, the rainforests, the music, the food and the culture. While the rest of the world sees these islands as a beautiful place for rest and relaxation, over 1 million people call these islands home. And that was the case for five men, Christopher Boodram, Kazim Ali, Jr., Yusuf Henry, Rishi Nagasaar and Fyzal Kurban. Chris, Kazim, Yusuf, Rishi and Fyzal worked for Land and Marine Construction Services Limited or LMCS as professional divers who spent their days working on underwater pipelines. Friday, February 25, 2022, would begin like any other – these five men were instructed to conduct maintenance on an underwater pipeline. While the five men were within a hyperbaric chamber placed on a riser at Berth 6 of the pipeline, the unthinkable happened. While deflating a newly placed plug that was within the pipeline, the pressure differential created a vortex of water, air, and divers. The five men were sucked instantly into the pipeline and forced to fight for their lives in nothing but water, oil and darkness. Finding little air pockets that were unfortunately filled with contaminated air, the men had hope and were going to fight to survive. But would anyone make it out of the pipeline alive? Would rescue ever come? Listen to hear the story of five men whose struggle for survival would end in an unimaginable tragedy.

Episode 37: The Murder of Ryan Carter Poston
Jan 27, 2025
Jan 27, 2025
1hr 35 sec
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. We are all familiar with this phrase from the play “The Mourning Bride” by William Congreve. This is what came to law enforcement and prosecutor’s minds when learning of the death of Ryan Carter Poston. Ryan was an overly nice, laid back, impeccably looking attorney living in Kentucky. All of that came crashing down when 911 operators received a call from a woman who shot Ryan, claiming self-defense. But this statement did not match the evidence. This woman’s statements and actions during an interview clearly pointed to outright murder. Tune in to hear about Ryan and how a tumultuous, obsessive relationship resulted in an act of pure evil.

Episode 36: The Disappearance of Jennifer Kesse
Jan 22, 2025

1hr 6 min
There is a term for what people may experience when a loved one goes missing – and that term is an ambiguous loss. A loss that has no real resolution or closure. These families often have no idea if their loved one is dead or alive or if they’ll ever see them again. That is what the Kesse family has had to endure for the last 19 years. Friday, January 24, 2025, will be the 19th anniversary of the disappearance of Jennifer Kesse from Orlando, Florida. On January 24, 2006, on a seemingly normal Tuesday morning, it is believed that Jennifer got up and got ready for work, however, she unfortunately ever made it. Jennifer disappeared without a trace and without any sign of a struggle. Her car, a 2004 chevy malibu, that was unable to be located the day Jennifer disappeared, was found two days later in the visitor parking lot of a nearby complex. But again, nothing appeared to have been taken and there was no sign of a struggle. Who could have taken her? Where could she be? Listen to the story of the tragic disappearance of Jennifer Kesse and the story of a family that refuses to give up. ****The Facebook and Website created by Drew and Joyce Kesse are linked below for additional information regarding Jennifer's Disappearance and how you can help. Also linked below is a GoFundMe for those able to assist the Kesse's in financially supporting their efforts to find their daughter.
